The Pistil mirror is one of Max Ingrand’s most iconic creations. Our very rare example, which retained its original glass, was part of a limited edition run of this models’ first variation done for Maison Leleu. Its particularity lies in the treatment of the cabochons with chisel burst technique to a spectacular effect. Later, Fontana Arte’s edition was made with simpler, faceted cabochons and edited in larger numbers.
